REVIEW: ‘Sumer Singh Case Files-Kaushiki’ is about a group of friends who seem to be extremely happy on the outside, but their world’s taking a fall for the worse on the inside. So, we have spoiled brat of a millionaire, Ankush Patel aka Maggie (Omkar Kapoor) who is dating Ahmedabad’s hottest girl, Aditi (Shruti Srivastava), younger sister of ex-supermodel, Nikita Chowdhary (Madhurima Roy), budding stand-up comedian, Dinesh Khaitan aka DK (Namit Das), and the smartest member of the squad who is pursuing MBA, Mrityunjay Sharma (Rajeev Siddhartha). They are not as simple as they seem: from bullying to black-mailing and smuggling, they are mired into all. Then enters their newbie friend, Kaushiki (Sayani Gupta), who is then murdered and that’s what starts this journey into the sinful and flawed lives of the characters in the series.
